Realising this, we have - under the guidance of relevant organisations - categorised Delia's recipes as to whether they are suitable for vegans, nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free or can be eaten by coeliacs or those with a wheat or gluten intolerance.
We have also made some general suggestions as to alternative ingredients and substitutions but, with 900+ recipes on the site, it has not been practical to make specific suggestions, as all the recipes would have to be retested. Either way, those who have been longing to cook Delia's recipes, but weren't sure which ones were safe can now indulge along with the rest of us!
